Shipping policy

All in-stock orders placed at Svplaza are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. All items are warehoused and shipped from Merrill, Oregon (unless noted)

Tracking information is provided via email/text to the customer when the order has been processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Svplaza is not responsible for any costs associated with return shipments. Please see Return Policy for full terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Shipments that are lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. Svplaza is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. is not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. Svplaza will work with customers to replace packages after being provided with a copy of a filed police report.

CANCELATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES
Svplaza must be contacted within 24 hours at Info@svplaza.com to cancel or change your order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact via email Svplaza within 3 days of receipt.
